I actually don't have a list of specific services. Instead, I customize my services to meet each client's unique needs. This means that the work I would do with you basically has limitless potential and is constantly changing and evolving with your needs.
In a general sense though, the services I provide are organizational and creative.
Before we start working together we'll talk about your business in the following areas:
- How your business functions
- What's important to you
- What challenges you're currently experiencing that you would like to resolve
- What your goals are in the short term and the long term
- Basically what you would like your life to look like as a result of us working together
I then sort out all this information and organize it into a schedule of daily, weekly, and monthly operations (if you don't already have this set up) so that work that needs to be done gets done at the right time, in the most efficient way, and of the highest quality.
I execute and/or supervise the the daily, weekly, and monthly operations so that you can have more time to spend with your family, to create new products, and to have more leisure time to do whatever you like.
